I have been with United Way of Northeast Mississippi since 2012. I am a graduate of Nettleton High School and the University of Mississippi, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. I completed my master’s in Nonprofit Management at Northeastern University in 2018.
I am active in the Public Relations Association of Mississippi, currently serving as secretary for the state board and having held several officer roles for the Northeast chapter, and am a member of the Southern Public Relations Federation. I was honored to be named Person of the Year in the Daily Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2020. I helped to found Groundswell (United Way’s young donors group) and Volunteer Northeast Mississippi, and have been a member of the Early Childhood Coalition since its inception.
I live in Tupelo with my husband, Brad, my son, Jacob, and two cats, Darwin and Claude.
