Home > Notice of Funding Meetings 2021

Please fill out the information below to register for ONE of the Notice of Funding Meetings. These meetings are not required, but you are strongly encouraged to attend before submitting your application for a United Way grant.

We suggest that your organization send the person or people who will be filling out the actual application. This may mean more than one person needs to attend: someone who is familiar with the program for which you are applying, someone who works with your finances and budget, and someone who has knowledge of the organizational information.

Please bring a laptop to the meeting so you can follow along with the instructor. A tablet will work, but a laptop is preferred.

The meetings will be held in the board room at the McLean Center at 213 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804, except for the July 13 meeting which will be held in the boardroom at the Community Development Foundation (398 East Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804).

Returning agencies (those currently receiving United Way funding in the 2020-22 cycle):

  • Tuesday, July 13 – 9:00-10:00 am (at CDF Boardroom)
  • Wednesday, July 14 – 5:00-6:00 pm
  • Thursday, July 15 – 2:00-3:00 pm
  • Friday, July 16 – 2:00-3:00 pm

New agencies:

  • Tuesday, July 20 – 9:00-10:30
  • Wednesday, July 21 – 4:00-5:30
  • Thursday, July 22 – 2:00-3:30

New organizations are also asked to review the agency eligibility requirements before attending.
