2011 J.G. Berry Award
Paul “Buzzy” Mize
This annual award recognizes a United Way volunteer who has made a contribution of time, energy, and money in the likeness of Julius G. Berry, United Way of Northeast Mississippi’s founding father.
The 2012 recipient is Paul “Buzzy” Mize. He has a long list of qualifications but one of his most outstanding is humility. He does what needs to be done… not for the glory or recognition… his actions come from his heart. He has another asset that must be mentioned, his wife, Catherine.
